The Business Support team sits within the Digital and Wokspace business group, whose purpose is to provide professional business and administrative support to the organisation. Our team has an increased focus to provide effective administrative support to Managers and their teams as they go about their work, and ensuring that everyone at the Agency has access to great workplace facilities, tools and equipment to help them do their job. Your team is key to making the Agency a great place to work.
The opportunity | Te Whiwhinga mahi
As our Practice Manager, you will provide operational leadership to one of our Business Support Services teams in Wellington. You’ll work closely with the Manager, Business Support Services and while you will have your own portfolio of business groups to provide administrative support for, you’ll also need to work collaboratively with the other Practice Managers to ensure seamless support to all of our groups.
In this role you will build strong, effective relationships across the business, ensuring the right resources are allocated to support our people to deliver excellent service. You will be a flexible and adaptable manager who can work well in an agile and ever changing environment.
