The Practice Manager is responsible for the embedding of best practice for enterprise data, information and security outputs through robust communication, training, support and effective coordination of tasks and resources.

Reporting to the Manager Frameworks and Assurance, you’ll ensure policies, standards and processes are understood and that agreed best practice is followed by the Enterprise Data Information Security team and our customers to improve and mature the management and use of ACC’s data and information.

What you need to be successful:

  • Ideally at least five years experience in practice management in an IT environment including coordinating tasks and outputs for information or data related activities.
  • Ideally at least three years experience in communication, education and training for technical and non-technical people in processes and standards
  • A proven track record in embedding standards and processes and continuous improvement activities
  • Excellent interpersonal skills including the ability to form trusted relationships and communicate to different stakeholder levels
