Our Paediatric Allied Health team have an exciting leadership opportunity for an experienced clinician to join the multidisciplinary team as a Practice Supervisor, Social Work. Permanent, Full time position 40 hours per week is the leading provider of paediatric care in New Zealand and the South Pacific, providing world-class inpatient, outpatient, trauma, emergency, and community care to children, young people and their whānau. As the Practice Supervisor you will hold professional governance responsibility; provide clinical supervision, support professional development and clinical practice of the team to ensure a quality service. You will carry a clinical caseload whilst providing day to day coordination and leadership for the Social Workers across Starship. Reporting to the Clinical Lead of Paediatric Social Work, this key role involves both a clinical and leadership component and will see you working closely with Allied Health leadership to support the overall development of the paediatric social work service.
