The System Strategy and Policy directorate works closely with Ministers and Cabinet to provide high quality health advice to inform the decisions they make on behalf of the Government.
We are looking for a special person to step into our Principal Advisor role in the Office of the Deputy Director-General. This is a critical role in a team which provides executive support to the Deputy Director-General, and the Senior Leadership team as well as strong business support to the wider Directorate.
The heart and can do attitude you bring to your work is as critical to us as your skill set. We want you to be excited by the challenge of setting up a new office and ‘making a difference’ in an operational role. This office is the executive function of the Directorate with some high level administration. An understanding of machinery of Government is required.
