You will be a dedicated and committed team player, exceptionally well organised who can multitask and get things done. There will be opportunities to utilise your communications and research skills. Providing a range of tasks that contribute to a well-run ministerial office, your day will include being the first point of contact for visitors and telephone enquiries to the office, which makes experience in a customer facing role highly desirable. You will be responsible for assisting with diary management, making travel arrangements, and processing invitation and meeting requests so a strong eye for detail is a necessity. To perform well in the role, you must have exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and oral communication skills. You will be proficient in Microsoft suite and managing databases. Dealing with members of the public and confidential information will mean you display sound judgement and act with integrity at all times.
