To support our Workforce Optimisation initiative, we are looking for someone with proven experience in Business Optimisation and Change Management to join us in a Process Specialist Role  at our National Office based in Penrose that will maximise our workforce capability and productive for our Branch Network.

This role will be responsible for but is not limited to:

  • Full ownership to create standardised operation manuals, best practise documentation and process maps with a continuous improvement mindset
  • Develop management tool kits with key tasks, activities, expected bench marks and supporting documents
  • Working closely with our PlaceMakers Branch’s across the country to support the imbedding and roll out of the standardised operating models
  • What you will bring?

  • You will have a strong and established background in business optimisation and best practise implementation. You may also come from a senior consultancy space or change management background.
  • Strong understanding of retail or distribution store operations and processes.
  • You will be an effective and confident communicator with the ability to develop relationships with important senior level stakeholders. This piece is critical as you will play a large part of gaining buy in with our Branch Network, supporting the change and ensuring you are along the journey with them throughout.
  • Exposure to and understanding of process mapping and process documentation is highly advantageous however this can be taught to the right individual.
