About The Role:
Due to a number of projects coming up, the role is required to support the business by leading in developing and delivering to assigned procurement strategies/engagements across several spend areas including general indirects, property and infrastructure.
You will be responsible for building strong business partnerships to support the business units 3rd party supplier relationships and to deliver to the identified commercial outcomes.
You will also manage general procurement engagements including product and service selection, contract negotiations, complex deals, RFX processes and general activity in relation to the procurement activities, ensuring the best value, efficiencies and effectiveness goals are achieved.
5+ years demonstrated procurement experience within a larger organisation within corporate indirect, property and infrastructure categories.
The ability to work autonomously and hit the ground running in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Senior stakeholder management experience
Business and commercial acumen – can think in terms of the business objectives and how this is applied to the projects within their portfolio
Strong negotiation skills
