About The Role
As Product Manager for Consumer Credit Cards, you would have the opportunity to:
Be the subject matter expert for consumer credit cards at ANZ.
Develop and deliver initiatives to improve the customer and frontline experience across the Credit Cards product range
Assist in supporting the Consumer Finance projects, providing your product expertise, initiative management, risk management, numerical and analytical ability
Provide operational expertise and support BAU product activities
Make recommendations for development and implementation of strategic initiatives
Provide product and analytic support to Senior Management
Develop a deep understanding of systems, processes and regulation related to credit cards.
Establish and maintain key relationships with internal stakeholders, as well as external vendors and partners
Role Location : Auckland
Role Type: 12 month fixed term contract
A key requirement is a passion for problem solving, understanding complex processes and understanding the roles of multiple systems in the delivery of products
Experience in consumer finance products is preferred, in either frontline or back office
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Comfortable communicating to all levels within (Frontline, RM, GM, MD)
Good research, analytical skills and problem solving ability with a strong focus on best practice and improvement
A working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint and a willingness to learn how to master these and other analytical tools
Proven track record of delivering initiatives into the business or be able to demonstrate previous value-add to a large organisation
