He Waka Eke Noa | Creating Great Together

Here at BNZ, it’s about more than just banking. We work together in an agile, energising environment to create innovative solutions that won’t just help our customers be good with money, but also do great things with it.

BNZ Digital & Apps is a melting pot of teams that build and support our digital and core banking applications. We are united by a passion for making banking better for our customers – and we have been awarded the World’s Most Innovative Digital Bank – Global to prove it.

In Digital & Apps, we focus on finding innovative ways to help New Zealanders be good with money. We believe this starts with a culture where people work together across the bank to solve challenges, find solutions and ensure everyone feels empowered to make good decisions. We’re all about making things easy for our customers and our people.
