Key responsibilities:Day-to-day management of product related documentation and delivery of the best possible documentation to our customers.Monitor market trends and sales potential to identify new and existing product development opportunities.Monitor customer trends to identify new and improvement opportunitiesPrepare recommendations on product amendments with supporting data to ensure that we have a competitive edge in the market.Assist with the identification, development and implementation of Consumer products and enhancements to maintain our significant presence in the market.Contribute to the design, development and implementation of high-quality work systems and processes for our wider team.Develop and maintain relationships with all internal and external stakeholders.
