We have full-time vacancy available for the position of experienced Production Line Cleaning Supervisor – Night Shift for our Line 3.

This is a full-time opportunity with 40 hours weekly rostered Monday – Sunday between the hours of 9.30 pm – 6.00 am. Due to the busy nature of our operation, you may be required to work additional hours.

You will be responsible to manage and ensure the cleaning and sanitation programme in Production Line is effective and all food process equipment and food support facilities are presented in an adequate state of hygiene prior to the start of processing.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Supervise and lead daily execution and verification of all cleaning jobs in the Production Line to ensure adequate hygiene is maintained
  • Ensure the production line’s cleaning is conducted following validated cleaning procedures agreed by Leader
  • Responsible for Quality and Finished outcome
  • Coordinating the implementation of cleaning policies and practices as outlined in the companies Food Safety Program
  • Lead and supervise the cleaning team to achieve food safety objective of the business
  • Ensure all cleaning staff under supervision understand and follow the documented cleaning procedures and schedules
  • Assist the Team Manager to Conduct daily verification checks in the production line’s and report the outcome to the Manufacturing & Operations Manager
  • Ensure all cleaning staff under supervision observe Health & Safety Policies during the cleaning period
  • Training staff and maintaining all training records following agreed procedures
  • To be eligible for these positions you must meet the following criteria:

  • Full Driver’s License essential
  • Previous Supervisory experience
  • Have a positive attitude and be able to manage a team
  • Reliable attendance and can focus consistently
  • Commitment to high standards of safety, quality, and food safety
  • Flexibility to work overtime when required
  • Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining a high quality of work
  • High Level of literacy & attention to details required
  • Eligible to work in NZ
