As a Programme Administrator you will work with the Principal Facilitators and Programme Facilitators by providing a range of administrative services to support the effective set up and delivery of Departmental programmes in the Southern Region.

 

This will involve a range of duties including: – Procurement and management of supplies and equipment – Financial reconciliation – Processing offender files We are seeking an individual with an intermediate level in computer skills (including competence with the Microsoft Office suite) and accounting systems, preferably SAP. You are an experienced administrator who can demonstrate the ability to work in an environment of change.

 

Your significant work experience has equipped you with exceptional organisational skills and a real knack for problem solving; you are self managing and the type of person who works well to deadlines. As an individual you are reliable and dependable with a high level of integrity.

 

As there will be travel involved in this role, a full NZ driver licence is essential
