About this role The TEC – Te Amorangi Mātauranga Matua is a small Crown agency with a big job to do – ensuring New Zealanders have the skills and the knowledge they need to ensure lifelong success to build a great country. We lead the Government’s relationship with the tertiary education sector in New Zealand and provide career services from education to employment.The Work Connect and Pacific Connect Teams provide a programme to help recent skilled migrants in developing the skills to successfully build a career in New Zealand. The programme is an initiative of the New Zealand Settlement and Integration Strategy funded by the Ministry of Business Innovation and Employment.We are looking for an experienced Programme Administrator to support both teams. This fixed term position is through to 30 June 2022, and is based in our National Office in Wellington. What will you be doing? Managing the process of inviting clients into the programmeBeing responsible for regular programme reportingManaging the Work Connect and Pacific Connect collateral (stock management)Keeping system data up to date (maintaining data hygiene)Provide administrative support around both team events as requiredContribute to the continuous improvement of team processes and products What will you bring to the role?
