We are looking for an experienced Programme Lead to lead our Positive Workplace Culture programme as it enters an important new phase of implementation.
We are looking for a special person – your breadth of experience will see you leading a team of dynamic, committed and engaged individuals to deliver our Positive Workplace Culture Programme. You will work closely with the National Manager Workplace Culture and Change to lead and deliver on time and to budget.
Experience and attributes
To be considered for this role, you will a seasoned Programme Lead/Manager, with experience delivering culture culture change, and programmes of a similar nature. Your relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills will be second to none, as will be your ability to progress clear deliverables.
