At the heart of it, is our Entry Level sourcing team strategically planning and overseeing the Scholarship, Summer Internship and Graduate Programmes. As a Manager, you will take the lead in establishing and managing trust based solid relationships with schools and universities and/or relevant third party providers. You’ll also be instrumental in designing and delivering a programme for our entry level candidates so they experience everything that PwC has to offer. You will be comfortable devising innovative sourcing strategies to attract a more diverse candidate pool across all our programmes, you’ll be familiar with an assessment based approach and how we can bring this to life for our programmes.Overall, your main mandate will be ensuring PwC Scholarship, Internship and Graduate programmes remain relevant and attractive; constantly reflecting and anchoring on best candidate experience and practices to ensure we acquire the best talent in the market. What do you need to bring to the role?Technically you will be someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in programme design as well as unique sourcing strategies. You may will have already met the challenge of designing and planning a robust campus strategy for a large fast-paced and highly competitive environment.Ultimately you will be someone with great relationship building and management skills, as well as strong influencing and negotiation skills.
