We’re seeking a programme guru to be part of the programme leadership team for a core MBIE work programme for the next 5 months.
We need someone who can lead our programme administration and coordination function and ensure that we’re complying with all the right MBIE processes across the programme.
This is a fixed-term opportunity based in MBIE’s Stout Street office, starting as soon as possible and running through to the end of July 2020.

You’ll be supporting the Ways We Work team as we complete the next phase of work, which is focused on flexible working at MBIE.

What you will need to bring
We need someone who already knows and understands the nature of MBIE, who can hit the ground running, and who knows how to get the job done to a high standard.
You’ll need to be able to pay great attention to detail, have strong financial nous, excellent written communication and planning skills, proven programme support management experience in a complex environment, plus you’ll be proficient on MS suite while Project and Visio is desirable.
We’d also like someone with positive energy, a great attitude, a good sense of humour, and who can work effectively with a range of people and personalities including staff management. If you’re curious about (or even an advocate for) flexible working, then even better!
