Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role

The Project Administrator is responsible for co-ordinating and processing all project information in the Kāinga Ora project management system for the Construction Group Programme Team 4. The position ensures that project information in the project management system is accurate, robust, and up to date so reporting can be completed on time, and to a standard that enables quality decisions through to Kāinga Ora Board level.

The position requires an experienced administrator who is conversant with Oracle software, IDP, eAM new asset set ups, Quickmaps, Kotahi, Land Online, ASAP, has the ability to manage associated processes including data entry, retrieval and validation, and is conversant with best practice data uploading and integrity.

  • Experience working with project management and reporting software and systems – ideally including Oracle and IDP
  • Strong presentation, computer and business skills
  • Sound knowledge of IT systems especially Oracle, IDP, Excel, Word and Microsoft Office
  • Able to influence and work effectively with senior leadership, senior managers and multiple internal stakeholders
  • Strong communication skills – verbal and written
  • Strong time-management and organisational skills
  • Knowledge of the housing, property, and construction industry
  • Committed team player and organiser
