The New Zealand Qualifications Authority is seeking a Project Administrator to join the Wellington-based Qualifications Services business unit. The preferred candidate will be working closely with our National Qualifications Services team.
You will be involved in projects supporting the development and maintenance of nationally recognised qualifications and standards, and associated assessment support materials.

To be successful in this role, you will be a self-starter who is reliable, flexible, and recognises when to take action to reduce demands on others. You will be experienced using MS office, Adobe, administration, and relevant project management systems. You will be organised, methodical, good at prioritising your work, and have strong people skills.

NZQA is accountable for managing the New Zealand Qualifications Framework, administering the secondary school assessment system, independent quality assurance of non-university education providers, qualifications recognition and standard setting for some specified unit standards.
