Project Coordinator

  • 12 Months full time Secondment/Fixed term opportunity (Maternity Leave Cover)
  • Provide day to day operational, financial and administrative support

Mō te tūnga | About the role

The Project Coordinator is responsible for providing high quality  day to day operational and administrative support to Non Custodial/CCS Property team.

Your key priorities will include the following:

  • Maintaining, controlling and filing project documentation and ensuring alignment with standard process.
  • Ensuring financial documentation is processed.
  • Data management.
  • Assisting the Non Custodial/CCS Property  team to ensure project documentation is up to date (e.g. project plans, risk registers, stakeholder management and communication plans).
  • Arranging and coordinating meetings, training and workshops, including agenda preparation, minute taking and record keeping.

Mōu | About you

You will have proven experience providing support to busy teams and strong Microsoft Office skills with the ability to manipulate data in Excel spreadsheets. A ‘can do’ attitude and the ability to prioritise multiple tasks effectively in a fast paced environment with high volume of activity is essential.

You will also offer the following:

  • Experience in project coordination/ administration/ support roles.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be highly organised with strong attention to detail.
  • The ability to use technology and systems effectively as part of daily tasks.
