For more information visit www.relgroup.co.nz The Role Reporting to Group General Manager our client is seeking a skilled Project Manager to control and oversee projects relating to the design, construction and installation of commercial building water storage tanks and industrial grain storage silos throughout New Zealand. You will manage the construction projects and contractor teams to ensure successful project delivery against requirements. You will also arrange the necessary resources and materials, monitor project progress, quality and costs, and liaise with stakeholders to establish and manage key relationships. This role involves creating project controls, methodologies and documentation, delivering HSE systems and processes, and requires oversight of construction related finances and budgets. Your Skills and Experience To succeed in this role, you will have ‘hands on’ project management and leadership experience, technical skills and knowledge of design, installation and delivery methodology. You will be organised and work collaboratively with others. Knowledge of New Zealand standards in relation to water and fire suppression tanks is desirable, as is a relevant qualification. Of importance is your ability to develop strong commercial relationships through effective communication, planning and resource management to deliver quality commercial outcomes.
