From Northland to Queenstown the Government has increased funding to enable significant transport projects to start and be completed creating significant opportunities for seasoned Projects Managers to join our team.
As a Project Manager you will join our Project Delivery team contributing to the Transport Agency’s vision of efficiently delivering an integrated, safe, responsive and sustainable transport system, to create great journeys to keep New Zealand moving.
These roles have a high degree of autonomy and you will be working with a strong, outcome-focused team. Within the Transport Agency, there is excellent career development and training opportunities as we have project management vacancies at varying levels within the business.

About you | Ko wai koe
Depending on the specific role you are applying for, you will bring an understanding/experience in the following areas:
An engineering or technical qualification and project management experience within the transpor sector is desirable. For the more senior roles, a Chartered Professional Engineering qualification (CPEng or equivalent) and a chartered membership of Engineering New Zealand is also desirable.
This position will require you to travel within the Wellington Region and around New Zealand from time to time.
