Gain visibility and exposure across our global network and the NZ enterprise About The Role In this role, you would have the opportunity to: Digitalize and transform banker and customer experiences by delivering technology-enabled solutions within the Institutional division. Manage the design, build, delivery and commercialization of new business capabilities and services. Collaborate across the ANZ network (NZ and global), partnering with innovation hubs to deliver leading digitally-enabled CX. Execute a multi-year multi-phase automation roadmap as part of local and global Institutional Operations transformation. Support and guide colleagues on project, change and programme execution, as well as delivery best practise and new ways of working. Monitor the portfolio of change, providing reporting and insight. Manage risk, budget and benefits realisation Role Location: Auckland but flexible to accommodate other locations Role Type: Permanent Hours: Standard with flexible work options available About You To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following: Strong interest in new technologies, automation, digitisation, data, process re-design and customer service models. Domain Knowledge required from a banking background, financial services, financial technology, or utilities. Demonstrated experience delivering medium to high complexity end-to-end technology-enabled business solutions. Experience leading change from within the business, technology or as a consultant. Familiarity with agile delivery methodology. Experience delivering change through virtual teams (multi-disciplinary, multi-region an advantage). Experience in design thinking, vendor management, cloud/SaaS, business process re-engineering or data would be an advantage but not a strict requirement Experience in the following technical skills is an advantage and not a strict requirement: software development language, business tools such as Visio, PowerBI, Tableau, Splunk, MS Project, Confluence, JIRA, and Atlassian About ANZ Our purpose is to shape a world where people and communities thrive.
