They are specialists in the planning, structural design and construction of concrete foundations and slabs, servicing property developers, commercial constructors, and residential group home builders across the wider Wellington region.

The Opportunity:The Project manager is a senior role within Tidy Slabs that has been created to guarantee project execution across multiple sites, ensure an exceptional client experience, and high quality standard. You will be the “change maker” and work collaboratively with the senior leadership team to champion positive and impactful change across day to day operations. Key responsibilities include:Quality AssurancePlanning and scheduling multiple projects simultaneouslyOrganising and management of contractorsClient liaison and sub-contractor managementHealth and SafetyTechnical Problem solving on site.Mentoring and motivating staff and contractorsAbout You:We are looking for professional and well-organised Project Manager, Site Manager or Builder who has the technical know-how, and understanding of Residential Construction in New Zealand, with sound knowledge in the mechanics of concrete foundations and slabs. Further requirements include:Relevant construction industry qualification. (LBP is desirable)Experience in scheduling and workflow management software across multiple sitesExcellent communication skillsAbility to plan and organise and streamline processes across multiple projectsStrong influencing and motivational skillsA passion for the industry, and pride in your craftA client focussed attitudeYou must be a New Zealand Resident or have a current open work visa to be consider for this opportunity.
