Property Rights Analysts (PRA)
As a PRA, the core part of your day will be validating and registering transactions, submitted by our customers, in line with rules and regulations. Alongside this you will be providing a consistent and professional service to our customers.
The PRA position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who can apply critical thinking, problem solving and attention to detail. The position suits someone who may have had experience in a similar role, or it could be equally suited to a capable individual who has the motivation to step up and learn new skills.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Quality Assurance Analyst (Titles)
On a daily basis, Quality Assurance Analysts (QAA) are responsible for checking and auditing Title transactions to ensure accuracy.
The QAA position is an excellent opportunity for someone who has experience assessing high volume of work against regulatory compliance, with highly developed communication and organisational skills. Having the ability to identifying trends across data and reporting on them, delivering exceptional customer service, with the ability to provide clear and concise feedback. It is also well suited to smart and capable individuals who want to build strong relationships and are quick learners.
This position may suit individuals who have experience in a quality assurance position.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate:
Spatial and Request Analyst (SRA)
As a SRA, the core part of your day will be analysing and integrating data into New Zealand’s spatial database of property boundaries, resolving Cadastral Survey Datasets submission issues for Survey firms, and resolving spatial inaccuracy requests. Alongside this you will be providing a consistent and professional service to our customers.
The SRA position is a fantastic opportunity for someone who has excellent spatial awareness, good problem-solving skills, and high attention to detail. The position suits someone who may have had experience in a similar role, or it could be equally suited to a capable individual who has the motivation to step up and learn new skills.

A comprehensive training programme is given to all successful applicants in all roles and you will be fully supported throughout your learning experience.
We will be holding a one-day Assessment Centre in Hamilton, Wellington and Christchurch during the week beginning Monday 15 February 2021.
