This person will actively work across their Inpatient, Community, and Addictions teams supporting clients of the service alongside their skilled Nursing and Allied Health staff.
As a trailblazing service (who were instrumental in pioneering the adoption of the Strengths Based Recovery Model here in NZ), they need your skills to shine in bringing your clinical expertise to their Mental Health and Addictions Service (which is recognized by Government & general public alike, as being a priority need area).
In this post you will of course be responsible for conducting outpatient & inpatient work, alongside our multidisciplinary team as well as acute care cover and on call work. It goes without saying that the ability to maintain good working relationships with colleagues from all disciplines is essential.
