Fixed role covering health promotion activities, assessments, inquiries and liquor licence enforcement.
Contract: Fixed term – part time (32 hours per week), November 2020-June 2021
Salary: $53,000 to $74,000
ABOUT THE ROLE
This role is in the Tobacco, Alcohol and Drugs Team. You will carry out health promotion activities, assessments, inquiries and enforcement relating to Liquor License applications under the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012, and the Smokefree Environments Act 1990.
You’ll have excellent inquiry, negotiation and presentation skills, be comfortable undertaking monitoring activities, and initiating enforcement action including evidence gathering, and writing Briefs of Evidence and presenting at hearings.
You’ll also be a polished written and oral communicator, able to present your work in crisp, simple language to a variety of audiences.
