The role

Our vision is ‘Building lives and communities by housing New Zealanders’. To help us achieve this we are currently recruiting for a Quality Assurance Design Reviewer.

What you’ll need to bring:

  • Minimum Diploma in architecture, building surveying, construction management or building related field
  • A minimum of five years experience in a similar position
  • A Trade or other relevant qualification in building, construction, joinery or property
  • LBP, BCITO, Unit Standard Assessor and/or construction design qualifications
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills with good relationship building ability
  • Proven time management and prioritising skills
