- Cost controlling at all stages of projects within the budget and expenditure;
- Cost tracking and reporting to manager;

Job Requirements:
Job Requirements:
- Tertiary education in Quantity Surveying, and NZIQS membership preferred;
- Full set knowledge of QS processes;
- 1-2 years working experience minimum in NZ construction industry;
- Skill of estimating building, material and labour costs;
- Be organised and detail orientated, with a high level of accuracy;
- Necessary computer-aided skills (word, excel, etc), skill of using taking offs software (Cost X, etc) ;
- Have a positive and professional attitude and ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with team members;
- Excellent English is a must; good command of Mandarin skill is preferable;
- Candidate must have the legal right to work in New Zealand.
