We are looking for an experienced professional to be part of the National Workforce Management team to deliver pro-active analytical and functional support while building capability in the full range of workforce requirements across our 12 Policing Districts.

 

You will be analysing, monitoring and reacting to real-time staffing levels and call volumes, busy lines, to avoid development of call queues. In addition you will support team leaders by providing real time and future planning reporting to allow them to best support their teams. Manage daily obstructions abstractions such as adherence to schedules and sick days and provide reporting related to this. Lastly, you will provide strategic input in the future state of operations, such as skill based routing, to ensure more efficient workforce management is implemented.

 

 

Skills / Experience:

  • Ideally you will have Real Time Analyst or Workforce Management experience
  • Strong analytical and reporting skills
  • Experience using Excel and WFM tools for rostering. Ideally you will have experience using Aspect WFM, but this is not a must.
  • You will have well developed relationship management skills.
  • Strong communications skills, with a can do attitude, but able to say no when required
  • An ability to manage expectations
  • Highly strategic, with an ability to lead change.
