Due to internal movement within the organisation an exciting opportunity has come up, to work part-time on our busy front line as a Reception and Telephonist for Parliamentary Service. Parliamentary Service supports the running of Parliament, from administrative and support services to building and offices. This role would see you right at the heart of this.
Some of your key functions in this role:
The team is part of the wider Visitor and Support Services department providing a high quality customer service to Members of Parliament, general public, schools, and other staff within the parliamentary precinct.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
An understanding of the Parliamentary environment would be advantageous.
This is a part-time position of 24 hours per week with shifts between the hours of 7:30am to 7:00pm Tuesday to Thursday.
