Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role

The Recruitment Administrator is a newly established role that provides support to the national recruitment team by providing efficient and proactive administrative services and functions that contribute towards the achievement of the team’s targets and outcomes.

There is too much work for our current Recruitment Administrator so come and share the workload. Be the go to person for day to day recruitment administration activities. You will organise interviews, post advertising, generate contract documents and respond to applicant enquiries. You will need to have previous experience working in a similarly busy environment and have a strong applicant centric focus.

Ngā pūmanawatanga ōu – What you will bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Human Resources and/or equivalent relevant experience
  • Prior experience working in a similar role supporting a team of recruiters
  • Is well organised and structures work in a logical manner
  • Excellent organisational, time management skills and ability to prioritise
  • Experience at working in a confidential environment with the ability to handle sensitive information appropriately
