Located at our Wellington offices, as the Regional Sales & Acquisition Manager you will be the strategic leader in driving sales and relationship functions with our corporate and government clients across both our Wellington and Christchurch offices. You will play an integral part in providing strategic direction and advice in driving commercial decisions and your focus will be to develop a high performing Account Management Sales team with strong sales disciplines.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

  • Lead the Account Management team ensuring all aspects of customer accounts are managed successfully to ensure we optimise sales and increase market share while achieving high levels of customer satisfaction and retention. 
  • Contribution to the All Of Government (AOG) strategy and associated Travel Management Services (TMS) contract to ensure long-term retention and growth across the Government sector.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of business objectives.
  • Recruit, develop and lead the Account Management team to ensure the development and maintenance of a high performing environment.
  • Leverage your proven relationship management & sales leadership capability to promote high performance delivery.
