About the RoleWe're looking for Registered Midwives to join our team at one of the largest tertiary hospitals in the southern hemisphere. Waikato Hospital serves women requiring complex care from Hamilton city, the Waikato region, and from hospitals located in the wider Te Manawa Taki region. As part of the team, you'll be able to develop your core midwifery skills in pregnancy assessment, normal labour, birthing and postnatal care as well as developing advanced midwifery skills for wahinē with complex pregnancy journeys. Our Midwifery Educators and Midwifery Clinical Coaches will support you with mandatory education needs, career progression, Quality and Leadership Programme preparation and gaining post-graduate qualifications.
