We’re looking for a Relationship Advisor to join us. Your purpose is to ensure a high standard of efficient and effective customer focused service, build high levels of satisfaction and trust in TEC by engaging directly with our key customers – tertiary education providers and students.

What will you be doing?

  • Managing enquiries from customers to ensure they are resolved accurately and professionally
  • Using appropriate TEC systems to manage internal and external communications
  • Building business relationships with customers by providing prompt and thorough advice
  • Collaborating across TEC teams to build capability
  • Contributing to a culture of learning and development
  • Committing to delivery of excellent customer-focused service in all areas

What will you bring to the role?

  • A passion for, and experience in, customer focused service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication ability
  • Proven negotiation and influencing skills
  • Experience in delivering proactive customer service within service level agreements.
  • Ability to work in a high pressured, and sometimes ambiguous environment
  • Ability to be an empathetic, active listener.
  • Demonstrated ability for both accuracy and precision, with a keen eye for detail.

What will you get in return?

  • The flexibility of working part time -25 hours per week.
  • $79 – $93k, depending on experience. Salary is pro –rated based on part time hours.
