Kāinga Ora – Homes and Communities brings together the three existing agencies of Housing New Zealand, HLC and KiwiBuild to form a new organisation.
We do amazing, important work. We contribute to thriving communities that provide New Zealanders with good quality, affordable homes. Our work supports people to have good access to jobs, amenities and services, as well as improving the wellbeing of current and future generations. We do this by being a world class public housing provider, and partnering with others to deliver urban development projects.
Ko tā mātou mahi – Our role
The Relationship Manager is responsible for building, managing and maintaining external partner relationships to enhance reach, quality and alignment with our construction partners.
The role works proactively with our external construction partners on a key account basis to promote communication between the partner and Kāinga Ora, ensuring Kāinga Oras understanding of partner capabilities and suitability, and to improve the overall partner experience in working with Kāinga Ora.
