Our opportunity

Our current leader has stepped up, so we need you to take the lead. We would be looking for you to focus our team of analysts on delivering intelligence that supports our business decisions and opportunity realisation to strengthen our services.

About the role

Through your leadership and guidance, you will ensure initiatives of the group strategy are met and you have an engaged team that works to develop, implement and communicate all reporting, production and insight initiatives. Your team produces standardised business intelligence, partnering with the business on strategy and relevant programmes and projects. The team is split between a few locations, so in addition to a little travel, you’ll need some good strategies around encouraging and supporting collaboration and engagement.

You will feel at ease with stakeholder management and will have experience in coaching and supporting analytical teams bringing past experiences with best practice and knowledge sharing.
