We are currently looking for a Resourcer to assist our Recruitment Consultants for Trades and Constructions roles at our Auckland office. We will offer you a career that sees you: Sourcing new candidates via a multitude of channels and conducting preliminary interviews Writing draft adverts to attract the best candidates for Trades, Labour and Civil roles Providing excellent service and administrative delivery to your portfolio of established relationships Liaising with a Senior Consultant to brief them on the best candidates in the market Updating the database and following compliance processes Answering queries from existing temporary placements Proactively reaching all your KPI’s and targets to achieve the best outcomes Working collaboratively with your team to reach team goals What you’ll need to succeed A minimum of 1 years’ experience working within the recruitment industry Experience recruiting in trades and labour markets Knowledge of advertising and lead generation Experience in managing client relationships An understanding of New Zealand Health & Safety regulations and requirements for temporary workers Highly motivated and sales driven What you’ll get in return We grow our own talent and will invest heavily in your development.
