The role sits within ACC Investments and is part of a focused team responsible for maximising risk adjusted returns while incorporating ACC’s ethical policy into investment decisions

This role will be working closely with members of the ACC Investment team as well as building and strengthening relationships with external organisations including other Crown Financial Institutions. You will lead and further develop ACC’s ethical framework, which includes integrating environmental, social and governance (ESG) considerations across investments.

What we are looking for from you to be successful in this role

You’ll have proven experience in responsible investment and/or corporate responsibility and demonstrable passion for sustainable development and a willingness to challenge conventional lines of thought.

  • Experience in environmental, social and corporate governance issues in the context of institutional investment
  • Proven presentation, communication and influencing skills with senior stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective business relationships
  • Experience in identifying and analysing trends and relationships in data using appropriate analysis techniques
  • Excellent Excel and writing skills
  • A degree in business or finance. A background in sustainability, public policy or other relevant fields will also be considered
