Our client is seeking Assistant Restaurant Managers who are hungry to learn and develop. The successful candidate should be a people-focused individual, who loves to coach, mentor, and develop team members.
Other key duties include:
Lead the shift team to deliver exceptional customer service in line with company guidelines and incentives. Resolve customer complaints and ensure 100% customer satisfaction. Train, coach, and supervise shift supervisors and crew members to maximise restaurant performance. Ensure all areas of the restaurant are presented to company standards. Perform opening and closing duties, and all other daily routines in accordance with company policy and procedures, stock checklists, and trading hours. Ensure all cash is handled in accordance with the company's policy and procedures. Requirements: Previous experience in the hospitality industry required. Previous experience in a leadership or management role in a fast, casual dining or similar restaurant is preferred, but not essential. Ability to engage, lead, and motivate others.
