This is more than a goal – it’s our reason for being.The Finance team is part of the Corporate Services division of KPMG and is responsible for providing specialist services that support the business objectives and strategy of the firm. The opportunity:The Revenue Support Administrator works as a member of the Finance team to support the firm to meet the practice management needs of KPMG’s staff when using the firm’s online Integrated Business Solution (IBS) SAP system.Day to day you will: Assist users with queries regarding the use and best practice of the IBS system to manage their timesheets, clients, opportunities, engagements and billing.Respond to “how do I” type queriesProcesses requests for new Clients in the firms Practice Management System (IBS)Prompt resolution of issues relating to requests received for changes or additions to the IBS system.Provide training either in group sessions or 1:1 as requiredConduct data integrity checks – running exception reports, reviewing and correcting data integrity issues related to timesheets, clients, opportunities, engagements and billing.Ensure compliance with all KPMG policies relating to the information contained in IBSSkills and Attributes:The successful candidate needs to be a problem solver. Good analytical skillsGood interpersonal skills with the ability to relate well to staff with differing levels of expertise and skills and a real customer driven approachStrong organisation skills with high attention to detailA self-starter with initiative, a common sense approach and tenacity when investigating potential issuesGood knowledge of ExcelWorking knowledge of MS Office, Word and PowerPointWe offer rewarding careers for outstanding professionals, ongoing learning and development opportunities, a collaborative and inclusive culture, and flexible and agile work practices that focus on our people’s wellbeing to drive innovation and entrepreneurship.
