As a risk professional, you will be part of a team that works with high profile banking and insurance clients to improve performance and risk management in areas such as: conduct; financial crime; local and international regulation compliance; project and programme management; operating risk management (Line 1 and Line 2); risk governance and culture; internal audit; business and process controls transformation; and risk and control technology enablement.
By helping clients transform risk management and implement technology solutions that support risk management and governance, you will play a key role in ensuring organisations effectively manage their strategic, external and controllable risks, and act in the best interests of all stakeholders – thereby contributing to building a better working world.

+ Challenge the way risk consulting projects are delivered
+ Incorporate robotics, AI and data analytics into the delivery of risk-based projects
+ Understand how behaviours influence processes
+ Assist organisations to determine the limits of risk taking in pursuit of their strategy or opportunities
+ Utilise data to prove or disprove risk hypotheses
**Skills and Attributes for Success**
+ Strong track record in the delivery of governance, risk, compliance or audit reviews in the banking and/or insurance sector
+ A good understanding of the regulatory environment in financial services, both local and international
+ A desire to challenge the status quo and propose effective solutions
+ Proven project management skills with the ability to effectively resource, lead and close out engagements within time and budget
+ Someone with a curious mind-set that is comfortable navigating through periods of ambiguity and change with a client
+ 3 – 10 years’ work experience
