We have an exciting and sought-after position for a new or recent graduate physiotherapist at Dunedin Hospital.

About the team

The rotational programme at Dunedin Hospital comprises six-monthly rotations across all areas of acute inpatient services (including medical and acute stroke, respiratory, surgical, critical care, orthopaedics and paediatrics), inpatient rehabilitation, musculoskeletal outpatients, and community.

About you/ the opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic team player to join the Dunedin Hospital physiotherapy team.

You will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and have a proactive approach towards learning. Self-motivation, a flexible attitude, and a keen drive to work as an integral team member are essential.

This position would suit a new or recent graduate and will provide the opportunity to undertake clinical roles in the acute and/or rehabilitation settings at Dunedin Hospital. You will provide assessment and treatment for a variety of patients on a one-to-one basis or in a group setting, and will be working alongside teams of health-care professionals to deliver quality patient care and service delivery.

To be considered for this role you will need to be registered with the New Zealand Physiotherapy Board and hold a current Annual Practicing Certificate. You will be computer literate with strong attention to detail. You must hold a full, clean drivers licence.
