    Rugby World Cup 2021 is coming to New Zealand! This is a fantastic opportunity to super-charge women’s rugby. With the tournament kicking off on 18 September 2021 in Auckland and Whangarei, your energy is needed to deliver a world class event that will leave a sustainable legacy for future generations. We are seeking an Accreditation Manager to join our passionate, hardworking team to deliver this incredible event!

    The Accreditation function is an integral part of the overall security and workforce management for RWC2021. As the Accreditation Manager, you’ll be responsible for leading the operational planning and delivery of this crucial function for the tournament. 

    It goes without saying that you’ll have an eye for detail (we don’t mind if you’re a bit of a perfectionist) and strong organisational skills, whilst being comfortable working to tight deadlines within a small, dedicated team. What really sets you apart is your can-do attitude and ability to adapt and deal with last minute changes and requests.

    As the perfect candidate for this role, you’ll 

  • Have experience working with accreditation systems and large databases
  • Knowledge and understanding in project planning/coordinating 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Have a flexible approach to adapting to last minute changes and requests
  • We envision this role to initially be part time (20 hours per week) until June, building to full time for the duration of the fixed term.
