We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Administrator to join our DevOps Team
About the Role:
You will balance your time between new delivery work and resolving systems issues. This role is responsible for applying defined best practices and procedures to design, implement, build, test, document, and support a variety of software applications.
You will work with users across the various lines of businesses to enhance the operations of business processes in the Salesforce suite of products.
You will also work with the wider delivery teams to:
Identify enhancements that need to be made to systems
Develop and support integrations that need to be made between systems and,
Commission and integrate new Salesforce products (in collaboration with the domain architects.
You are expected to take initiative, be creative and innovative, and drive effective process design and share ideas. You will be working closely with other Salesforce administrators and developers. You will be providing guidance to others while also being hands on.
You will be expected to support system issues, including identifying root cause, and putting in place changes that prevent further issues from occurring.
In addition, this role will play a key part in building the wider understanding of the systems through the capture of relevant systems information.
Must be Salesforce Administrator certified
Salesforce administrative experience and in configuring and managing Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Marketing Cloud and integration of these clouds (3yrs+ Intermediate, 5yrs+ Senior).
Administrative skills such as creating Users, Profiles, Roles, Custom Objects, Custom Fields, Page Layouts, Workflow Rules, Validation Rules, Reports, Dashboards and Process Builder.
Configuration skills in Salesforce Customer Communities, Lightning Process Builder, Process builder, Data loader, Workflow Rules & Approval Processes, Validation Rules, Custom Objects & Security Controls.
Strong Reporting and Dashboards experience (3yrs+ Intermediate, 5yrs+ Senior)
Experience delivering continuous change and support to IT systems
The ability to learn new systems quickly
Demonstrate organizational skills and detail oriented with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with often competing priorities
Excellent understanding of systems integration, patterns, techniques, and related challenges
Experience in the process of resolving problems in information systems and familiarity with the associated tools and techniques. Lateral thinking and analytical ability essential
Excellent ability to communicate, both written and verbal. (Senior – at all levels of the organization)
Works well in a team as a supportive and helpful team member
Ability to work independently and be results driven, and should be familiar with agile driven development
