What you will do
As the SAP Functional Consultant you will lead the identification, analysis, design and delivery of SAP ERP System solutions to meet logistics business problems and opportunities. You will work closely with key stakeholders and system and policy owners on the SAP ERP direction and development to transform the use of SAP ERP to better meet NZDF’s logistics requirements and priorities.
You will act as an EPIC (Agile) owner for large and complex changes, leading the identification of end-to-end requirements, solution development and delivery, and effectively representing those changes to key stakeholders. You will also:

The roles will initially report into the Consolidated Logistics Project (CLP). CLP is charged with initiating, driving, co-ordinating and delivering a series of activities required to transform the delivery of logistics within the NZDF. You will be required to work closely with other members of the Project, logistics community and other stakeholders to develop end-to-end solutions, which will involve considering process, organisation, technology and information changes and impacts.
Over the next year a Business Enhancement and Sustainment Capability will be established at which time these roles may become part of that capability and transition into the business. This is an exciting time to be part of establishing and building new capability for the NZDF and to deliver significant tangible outcomes.
The role is fixed term for two years with plenty of room to expand your professional skills and work across a variety of initiatives.
