As a part of our Wellington Scheduling team you will support our dispatching and customer service teams. Your day will see you schedule work for our retailers, whilst ensuring any customer questions and queries are answers for any work being scheduled. You will manage workflow by prioritizing tasks and support customers and all internal customer communication. * Please note this multiple fixed term opportunities until 28 Oct 2021 and 31 Dec 2021Who are we looking forYou’ll bring some previous customer service or call centre experience. You’re a great communicator and have the ability to communicate effectively with both internal and external customers. You will also bring have the following -Ability to handle customer complaintsStrong computer skills – Word and ExcelAttention to detail and accuracy in processing documentationPersonal resilience, positivity and enthusiasmThis is an opportunity to join and lead a positive and hardworking team.
