About our team
The Resourcing Group develops and implements resourcing policies and calculates staffing and operational funding entitlements for schools. Schools and the Early Childhood sector are monitored and supported through the audit and school financial advisory function within the Group. The Resourcing Group also provides a centralised customer contact and enquiry service for the Sector and other areas of the Ministry.
About the role
We are seeking a School Finance Adviser to provide strategic and operational advice to schools and kura so that they can achieve high quality financial management that contributes to excellent student achievement and good governance and management. They will monitor schools’ financial performance and provide proactive guidance and support to schools through managing relationships that strengthen schools’ regulatory compliance.
