This role is a part of a world leading research group looking generating many terabytes of DNA sequence and genotype data each year. We are looking for a system administrator to ensure this data is used to its potential. If you enjoy streamlining processing pipelines and have an interest in genetics and/or bioinformatics, then this job is for you.Based in Hamilton, you would be part of our Research and Development team who are working on many aspects of genomics, breeding scheme design, semen quality, animal health, statistics, machine learning, pasture measurement from satellite, and supports the wider LIC business.
