There’s no other way to buy land or a house in New Zealand, and it provides important information to be able to respond to emergencies, natural disasters and biosecurity concerns. We are looking for motivated people who are keen to share their knowledge and help us redevelop Landonline.

 

About the Scrum Master role:

The Scrum Master role is an Agile Squad member who spends much of their time coaching and helping other squad members communicate, coordinate, and cooperate; to meet their delivery goals. The Scrum Master is a servant leader who enables squads to self-organise, self-manage, and deliver via effective Agile practices.

 

As a Scrum Master you’ll have the opportunity to:

  • Facilitate the scrum process and coach others around new ways of working
  • Work with the team to focus on sprint objectives
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts
  • Resolve and address issues
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops (e.g. Retros, Planning, Refining)

 

What you will bring:

  • Demonstrated experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team  in an agile environment
  • Strong technical understanding – you may have worked as a developer, architect or other IT professional
  • Excellent communication, facilitation and organisational skills
  • Experience working in a Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) is desirable
