We are currently looking for an experienced Scrum Master who has extensive knowledge of different agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban and SAFe. In this role you will help maximise the value created by the Scrum team and protect the team from external distractions. You’re the servant leader who carves the path forward for your team with your transparent approach – the Scrum Master is a crucial role and is responsible for a number of areas, including encouraging experimentation and supporting continuous improvement. In addition, you will be a member of our Agile Community of Practice growing ACC’s agile capability.

Skills and experience required for this role:

  • Collaborative servant leader with an agile mindset
  • Extensive Scrum Master experience in an agile environment and SAFe in particular
  • Experience with breaking down features, writing user stories, and estimating
  • Strong customer focus and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with a variety of stakeholders
  • Ability to coach teams, drive innovation and adopt new ways of working
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills
  • Strong time management, prioritisation and organisational skills
